Rules for Promoting Adult Monsters

1. You may only use the images provided for marketing purposes. If you use unauthorized images for promotion, your account will be suspended and you may be prosecuted for copyright infringement.

2. You may resize images provided, but you may not alter or modify images without prior written consent of On Line Creations, Inc.

3. You may not promote any other programs on pages that contain Mac and Adult Monsters content.

4. You may not use derrogatory language to describe Mac and Adult Monsters or any of the models.

5. You may not use false statements or make false claims about the nature of Mac and Adult Monsters content.

6. You may not use any Mac and Adult Monsters images with an escort site, or a site that implies Mac and Adult Monsters models are escorts.

Terms and Agreement

The following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Failure to comply with the terms below will result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of all monies owed and a ban from Adult Monsters.

1. On Line Creations (OLC) reserves the right to terminate an agreement or deny any person entry into Adult Monsters.

2. Only adults, who are at least 18 years of age [21 in AL, MS, NE and WY] and legally allowed to view adult material, may join Adult Monsters (aka Mac & Adult Monsters Affiliate Program).

3. OLC does require proof of identity before payments can be made for your Referrals. This tax form is just a declaration for our records to show that you declare that M&B is not withholding any taxes from this and that you are responsible for reporting your own taxes

a. OLC will require a completed W-9 for US Residents and Companies (Request for Tax Payer Identification Number and Certification). You can print the W-9 Form online at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
 
b. If you are a Foreign Citizen or Corporation, please submit the completed W-8 Form (Certificate of Foreign Status). You can print the W-8 Form online at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf

4. If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, the account will be terminated and all monies owed will be forfeited.

5. Only MacAndAdult Monsters.com banners and approved text may be used to promote MacAndAdult Monsters.com. Any alteration to banners to defame, libel or misrepresent MacAndAdult Monsters.com will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

6. No copyrighted images may be posted in a password protected website.

7. Statistics are accumulated on a calendar month and paid out monthly on the 7th of the following month.

8. If any of your contact information changes, you must update your information by logging into your account at www.bumblecash.com.

9. OLC reserves the right to change the payment rate with prior notice of at least 7 calendar days.

10. All accounts to be settled will be paid in U.S. currency via company check.

11. Raw and Unique clicks are determined by the IP addresses of surfers who click a legally linked banner from a sponsor's site. A sign-up is defined as a surfer who clicks a legally linked banner and then successfully subscribes to one of OLC's membership sites.

12. Our log files will prevail in determining amount of clicks and sign-ups.

13. OLC will not be liable for loss in sales, traffic, etc. that result from technical errors or equipment malfunction. OLC is not liable for lost sales due to errors of the processing companies or due to human error.

14. There are no limits to the number of MacAndAdult Monsters.com banners you can post to your site.

15. Use of the following is a violation of our program:

• hit manufacturing
• falsification
• bandwidth theft
• any attempt at misleading or false advertising

16. The action of sending any clicks from any URL that contains and/or promotes the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement:

• child pornography
• beastiality
• warez
• password selling or trading
  
• SPAM
  
• or any other shady practice.

17. Adult Monsters is an advertising program. Joining our program does not constitute an employment agreement or a partnership with OLC. The agreement is to be treated as an Independent Contractor agreement in which both parties agree that the individual that joins this program does so voluntarily and with the understanding that for each sale, the individual will be granted a predetermined rate to be paid at the end of each Referral Period as stated above. All checks will be held for 90 days maximum. After 90 days, if proper forms have not been submitted, the checks will be voided.
