Directions

The Tadalafil Citrate has been given a mint flavour. The medications are known as sublingual Soft Tabs. Place these sublingual lozenges under the tongue and they will dissolve immediately.
The recommended starting dose is half of a 20 mg trochet (10 mg) before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is too weak you may increase the dose to 20mg. We recommend you to take no more than one dose (10/20mg) per day.

Side effects

Precautions

Taking Soft Tabs can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level if it is taken with certain other medicines. You could get dizzy, faint, or have a heart attack or stroke.

Do NOT take Cialis if you take any medicines called nitrates. Nitrates are commonly used to treat angina. Angina is a symptom of heart disease and can cause pain in your chest, jaw, or down your arm.

Medicines called nitrates include nitroglycerin that is found in tablets, sprays, ointments, pastes, or patches. Nitrates can also be found in other medicines such as isosorbide dinitrate or isosorbide mononitrate. Some recreational drugs called "poppers" also contain nitrates, such as amyl nitrate and butyl nitrate. Do not take Cialis Soft Tabs if you are using these drugs. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure if any of your medicines are nitrates.

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Cialis Soft Tabs and other medicines may affect each other. Always check with your doctor before starting or stopping any medicines.

Don't drink alcohol in excess (to a level of intoxication) with Soft Tabs. This combination may increase your chances of getting dizzy or lowering your blood pressure.

Before using this drug, tell your doctor your medical history, including any allergies (especially drug allergies), any penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring, history of painful/prolonged erection (priapism), sickle cell anemia, blood system cancers (such as leukemia or myeloma), or Peyronie's disease, eye problems (retina diseases). kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers, heart diseases, stroke or severe high or low blood pressure. Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of this drug. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. The elderly may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, therefore caution is advised in this age group.

Drug Interactions

Tell your doctor of all nonprescription and prescription medication you may use, especially any nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor" medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin) or high blood pressure medicines.

Overdose

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe dizziness, fainting, or prolonged erection. NOTES: Do not share this medication with others, since they may have a problem that is not effectively treated by this drug. Use of this drug does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis)
