My experience with Wolume has been outstanding!

Recently, after having no personal success with frontpage I decided to have my site designed by a professional. With a small budget in mind, and a rough idea of what I wanted, I began to contact design firms. To my dismay none replied back.

Rather surprised by the lack of interest, but still persistant, I continued with my search and came accross Wolume. Their website and portfolio looked fresh and innovative, so I immediately sent an email requesting a quote.

The very next day I received a detailed outline from Martti. He explained all the work that would be done step by step, as well as the time frame involved and the price (which was extremely reasonable). Although I was already sold on Wolume's bid, it was an extra detail that Martti mentioned that really solidified my decision-- Customer service. Wolume would keep in daily contact with me to ensure that every phase of work would be to my satisfaction.

The design process went very quickly, and within a matter of days (well within the time frame quoted) the site was completed!

I can't thank the team at Wolume enough for all their help to get my vision, PinkGlow.com, looking and running at its best!

When I look back on the design process I remember all the requests I made to Martti, and how each one was immediately implemented without a single complaint.

My work with Wolume has always been a wonderful experience.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a very hard client to work with. I'm very detailed on what I'm looking for in a design and very specific. I spend my time studying traffic and conversions so I have my own ideas for my site(s) designs. Wolume by far has always came through for me 100%. The companies flexibility and ability to adapt and implement new design ideas (per the clients requests), have always been done with extreme care and incredible quality.

The beauty of Martti (Wolume) is that they don't require guidance like other designers. You can dictate what you want like I usually do, or you can hand them your content, a url, a concept, and simply say "design." Their creative team alone is some of the best and most professional design work. I would feel completely confident to let them design without my input. (I'm sure Martti would enjoy that :)

As far a speed, Wolume is incredibly fast. But most of all, Martti is one very patient designer when dealing with his clients (he has to be with a guy like me).

Overall, Wolume has become a critical element to my companies success and has earned all my design business. As far as negative comments, my apologies...I simply don't have any.
